Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of masterfaheem.com and the programs sold through it. They are written in plain language on purpose. Last reviewed: September 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Muhammad Faheem Imtiaz (“Master Faheem”), based in Pakistan. Courses are delivered on a separate learning platform at learn.masterfaheem.com, which has its own account terms that apply alongside these.
2. What you are buying
Both programs are educational content. You are buying access to structured teaching material for your own personal use. You are not buying financial advice, an advisory relationship, a guaranteed outcome, or any form of licence to resell what you receive.
3. What is not promised
- No financial return, income level, business result or investment outcome is promised or implied — by the programs, by anything on this site, or by any figure quoted about my own business.
- Past results, mine or anyone else’s, do not predict yours.
- Nothing here is licensed financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. For a decision specific to your circumstances, use a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
4. Your account and access
- Program access is personal and single-user. Do not share your login.
- Do not record, copy, redistribute, resell or publish course material, in whole or in part.
- Access may be suspended without refund for sharing credentials, distributing material, or abusive conduct toward me, staff or other students.
5. Intellectual property
All course material, written content, graphics and recordings on this site and the learning platform remain my property. You may use them for your own learning. You may not reproduce them commercially, present them as your own, or use them to train an automated system, without written permission.
6. Payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and are current at the time of display. Payment is confirmed manually — see payment verification. Enrolment is not active until confirmation is issued. Prices may change for future enrolments; a change never affects a purchase already confirmed.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Covered separately in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Consultations and other services
A consultation is a scheduled advisory session limited to the time booked. It is general business and financial education applied to your situation, not regulated advice. Rescheduling terms and fees are stated on the consultation page.
9. Your content
If you send me a testimonial, question or material, you keep ownership of it. Nothing you send is published without your separate written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time — see the testimonials policy.
10. Liability
The programs and this site are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for business losses, lost profits, investment losses or indirect damages arising from decisions you make after using this material. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the program or service in question.
11. Availability
I aim to keep the site and the learning platform available, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and third-party outages happen. Extended loss of access to paid material will be remedied by extending access, not by compensation.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the date your enrolment was confirmed. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form.
This page is a plain-language statement of how these services operate. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, and it should be reviewed by one before it is relied upon commercially.
