The Journey
Nothing here started as a plan to teach. It started as a company that had to survive, and the teaching came later, out of the same set of problems.
Building Techno X
Techno X is the part that came first and the part that is still running. It is where the ideas on this site were tested before they were ever written down — pricing that did not work, hiring that cost more than it returned, cash that arrived a month after it was needed. A business teaches you the difference between a number on a page and a number you have to meet on a Friday.
The growth figure I quote publicly — 2400% — belongs to this chapter. It is a real internal figure from a defined period, and it is stated on the achievements page with that period attached rather than floated as a headline with no boundaries.
Discovering the gap
The pattern that pushed me into teaching was repetitive. People running small businesses, or earning a good salary, kept making the same handful of decisions badly — not because they were careless, but because nobody had ever shown them the mechanics. Profit confused with cash. Revenue confused with progress. Saving treated as a personality trait instead of a system.
That gap is not an information problem. The information exists. It is a translation problem: almost none of it is written for someone who has never been taught the vocabulary and cannot afford an expensive mistake while they learn it.
Teaching in public
The first attempts were free and small — sessions where the only cost to the audience was their afternoon. Some of that continues through Apna Kamao, where I teach at no charge, and through university and community invitations. Since 2024 that has grown into a regular speaking schedule; the individual engagements are listed on the media and appearances page, each with its date and host.
Teaching in public does something to your material that private work does not. An audience that did not pay to be there will not sit politely through a weak explanation. Most of what is now structured curriculum survived that room first.
Structuring it
Two programs came out of it, deliberately only two. The Financial Literacy Foundation for people starting from the beginning, and The Ultimate Wealth Game for people who already have income and are trying to make it compound. Separated by level, not by price tier, so nobody has to guess which one they are ready for.
What is next
The same direction, slower than people expect: deeper material rather than more of it, more of the evidence published rather than asserted, and the free teaching kept free. If you want to follow it as it develops, the Insights archive and the newsletter are where the working notes go.
Start where you actually are
Two programs, clearly separated by level, with who each one is not for stated up front.
