Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask me to do about it. Last reviewed: September 2026.
The principle
I collect the minimum needed to answer you and to run the business, keep it private, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Nothing collected here is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
What is collected
- What you type into a form — your name, email, phone number if you give one, and the details of your enquiry. Nothing on the form is compulsory beyond what is needed to reply.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your email address, and the date you subscribed.
- Technical information that arrives with any web request — IP address, browser type, the page you were on. This is used for security and abuse prevention, including rate-limiting forms so they cannot be flooded.
- Aggregate traffic statistics — which pages are read, roughly where visitors arrive from. Not tied to you as an individual.
What is never collected on this website: card numbers, bank credentials, CNIC or passport numbers. No form here asks for them, and you should not send them through one. See payment verification for how payment actually works.
Why
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, deliver the service you asked for.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Marketing email is sent only to people who asked for it. Enquiring about a consultation does not put you on a mailing list.
Who sees it
Me, and the service providers needed to run the site — the hosting company that stores the database, and the email provider that delivers messages. They process data on my instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by law. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertising networks.
The learning platform at learn.masterfaheem.com is a separate system holding your enrolment and progress data under its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries — up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, plus a short record of the unsubscribe so you are not re-added by accident.
- Customer and transaction records — as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Security logs — a short rolling window, then overwritten.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Ask, and I will act within 30 days. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately — no confirmation loop designed to keep you on the list.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a private database table, not published anywhere public, and are not accessible through the media library or by guessing a URL. Sensitive submissions are never exposed at a public address. No system is perfect; if a breach affecting your data occurs, you will be told.
Children
This site and its programs are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information here, tell me and it will be deleted.
